Editors note: When I didn’t want to share my good paddle, I wanted to purchase an inexpensive paddle to lend to others. I think this paddle serves that purpose, but it’s quite sluggish; every time I spike the ball, I feel like I’m playing baseball. The rubber is quite sticky, so spin isn’t an issue; the build quality is also adequate. If this was my primary racket, I’d get a different one for a bit more money.
